Team Oney Brands and Archon Commercial Advisors have combined to form a programmatic development, Company. Our vision is to develop owner-occupied traditional and modular buildings – utilizing Papa John’s as an owner-occupied tenant and other dynamic co-tenants.
Meet Wade Oney, a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry with over 40 years of experience. He began his career as an Assistant Manager at Domino’s Pizza in 1981, quickly rising through the ranks to become the VP of US Operations in 1989. In 1992, he joined Papa John’s Pizza as Regional Director of Florida, and in 1994 was named the Chief Operating Officer, where he led the company to become a $1 billion national brand.
Currently, Wade is the franchise owner of 51 Papa John’s Pizza across central and south Florida, and the owner/operator of 7 Qdoba Mexican Eats franchise locations. He also serves as the chairman of Big Bucket Development’s board of directors. Throughout his career, Wade has been an active member of the Franchise and Marketing Council at Papa John’s Pizza and was recognized as Franchisee of the Year in 2006. With his wealth of experience and leadership skills, Wade is poised to continue driving success in the industry.
Meet David Cobb, MBA, David specializes in connecting tenants with developers, uncovering unique and lucrative opportunities in the commercial real estate industry, and cultivating a network of entrepreneurial influencers to drive cash on cash return upward. His areas of expertise include ground-up development, bank disposition and redevelopment, grocery anchored projects, power centers, unanchored strip centers, urban self-storage, freestanding retail and restaurant, and cannabis dispensaries.
David’s expertise in real-time intel and backchannel information, along with his extensive network of dealmakers, specialty advisors, and influencers, has helped him to create an invite-only ecosystem of relationships that collaborate on leasing and development opportunities. He graduated from DePauw University, where he played basketball and received his MBA from Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College. He also studied abroad in Osaka, Japan, at the Kansai Gaidai University and interned for the NBA in Tokyo. David is actively involved in philanthropic organizations, serving on the Board of the Ty Cobb Museum/Educational Fund and is a member of ICSC. He has established key developer and tenant relationships throughout his career.
Meet Janet Galvin, Director of Leasing at Big Bucket Development. She has over 25 years of retail experience, and has a proven track record of success in facilitating tenant store rollouts and helping property owners reach their occupancy goals. She works with private and institutional investors to develop and execute strategic plans for their properties, with a focus on adding value.
As a tenant representative, Janet offers a high level of hands-on service and attention to detail to national, regional, and local retailers in their store development and expansion plans. She has been recognized for her achievements in the industry, receiving the Orlando Board of Realtors Circle of Achievement Award and being named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times. Janet holds a degree from the University of Georgia and is a Senior Certified Leasing Specialist (SCLS). She currently resides in Winter Park with her husband Tony, and is actively involved in civic, professional, and philanthropic organizations.
