We are seeking purchase opportunities with pickup windows. The average building size is 1,520 square feet and sits on 0.33 acres with shared parking. The parking requirement mirrors that of retail (3:1) and not that of a restaurant since we are typically classified as retail or “pizza bakery”. Our goal is to purchase 1 to 3 acres of land and form a joint venture with a friendly developers.
